Backed by the MIT deltaV accelerator, we're building an AI-enabled mobile app that provides better awareness of your wellbeing goals and personalized, actionable advice to help you build confidence and productivity.

Role Summary

As the Founding AI Product Designer at Health+, you will have a key role in defining the user experience and visual identity of our product. This is a unique opportunity to shape the design of a cutting-edge AI-driven platform, ensuring that it is intuitive, engaging, and effective for our users. You'll collaborate closely with our CTO, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex AI functionalities into user-friendly designs that enhance our mission of improving workplace wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of our mobile app and dashboard, from wireframes and prototypes to final visual designs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design elements that align with the app's functionality and user experience goals.
• Ensure that AI-driven features are presented in a way that is understandable and valuable to users.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Design Expertise: Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with AI: Understanding of AI concepts and experience in designing AI-driven products is a strong plus.
• Creative Vision: Ability to think creatively and strategically about how to design a product that stands out in the digital health space.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working closely with engineers and other stakeholders.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative and lead the design process from concept to execution.
